Marketing Operations Manager
About the Role:
As part of the GTM Operations team, the Marketing Operations Manager will own platforms, technical integrations, and reporting for the Marketing team. They will support Marketing programs and initiatives with technology and automation while partnering with other members of the GTM Ops team to improve overall Go-To-Market efficiency and funnel visibility. DataGrail is looking for someone who is driven, comfortable with ambiguity and minimal structure, and excited to define the future at a rapidly growing startup in the digital privacy space. Ideal applicants will exhibit skills that are a blend of Marketing Strategy, Automation Platform Administration, and Data Analytics.
What You'll Do:
- Own administration of Marketing platforms (Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), Chatbot, Virtual Event/Webinar Tool(s), etc.)
- Develop and manage of integrations between key Marketing tools and technology
- Reporting on the success and impact of Marketing initiatives across the GTM funnel
- Design and refine the Marketing-Sales handoff process, ensuring data quality and increasing both lead to opportunity velocity and lead to opportunity conversion rates
- Collaborate with Marketing to support key initiatives and campaigns with technology and to develop processes and templated programs aimed at increasing campaign velocity
- Implement architectural improvements across the MarTech stack to improve data quality and to support GTM initiatives
- Improve our team’s approach to technology and data with architectural refinements, automated reporting, and repeatable processes
- Make an impact on the lives of our customers through personalized Marketing efforts rooted in high-quality activity and demographic data paired with automated systems to deliver the right message at the right time
- Enhance the reach of DataGrail by supporting Marketing efforts and by unlocking new functionality for the Marketing team to more effectively propagate DataGrail’s message throughout the market
- Lead efforts on how to build industry-leading MarTech architecture that captures a complete picture of user activity
- Automate reporting at scale across Marketing initiatives and channels, enabling data-informed decision-making around future channel/budget investments
- Leverage Marketing technology to improve the prospect experience and accelerate progression from first touch to renewal
