Opportunity

UJET is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help drive the day-to-day, hands-on execution of marketing automation programs in support of company and marketing objectives. A strong candidate will possess strong project management skills, detail-oriented, inquisitive and curious and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. Additionally, this individual maintains a current understanding of marketing operations best practices and applies them to the execution of our programs and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Use Marketo to build, test and deploy emails and landing pages. Assist in building out dynamic engagement/nurture programs.
  • Work to refine and optimize Marketo forms, email/landing page templates.
  • Implement marketing automation best practices and ensure proper end-to-end testing of programs prior to launch.
  • Help build/refine integration between Marketo, Salesforce and corresponding Martech tools to improve ROI.
  • Improve scalability in processes that work well, and re-build processes that don’t.
  • Assist in database maintenance and hygiene within Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Optimize lead scoring and distribution to ensure quality leads are passed to business development for qualification.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years using Marketo (MCA/MCE - Marketo Certified Associate/Marketo Certified Expert a definite plus) - preferably in high-tech/SaaS company startup environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Sendoso, On24, Outreach, Uberflip, Google Analytics, ABM a plus
  • Creative, open-minded and enthusiastic about seeking new solutions to challenges
  • Effective problem solver: You easily anticipate and spot key business issues as opportunities and quickly solve complex problems by proposing recommendations and fixes
  • Fast-learner, organized and self-motivated team player, with exceptional attention to detail (ability to QA and ensure error-free deployment)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
