Divvy’s Marketing and Communications Team is hiring a Marketing Analytics Lead, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Marketing’s quantitative performance, including market sizing, budgeting and forecasting, and campaign results. In this role, the Marketing Analytics Lead will use large data sets and to build systems & tools that improve our understanding of Divvy’s Marketing efforts. This effort includes performing complex statistical analysis on non-routine problems and working across Divvy to embed analytical models into its systems. This role will manage fast changing business priorities and interface with product managers, designers, engineers, and members of the Marketing Team themselves.


The ideal candidate for this role will maintain best practices for data visualization and infrastructure maintenance, and will optimize, streamline, and automate processes to improve Marketing’s analytical approach to its work. This person will work with survey research datasets and big data, as well as with campaign performance reports from Google and Facebook. This person is a data expert, and can research just about anything at the drop of a hat. The ideal Marketing Performance Analyst can digest large data sets and summarize key takeaways/learnings after a few minutes of analyzing them. Strong capabilities in Sheets/Excel and slide making software are a must, as you will present your findings to all levels of the organization. 


Responsibilities


- Own all quantitative data analysis for Divvy Marketing, across Brand, PR and Communications, Product Marketing, and Paid Marketing.

- Assist members of the Marketing Team with market sizing, forecasting, customer projections, etc, as the subject matter expert.

- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and Communications.

- Build Marketing dashboards and other reporting tools designed to assist with improved decision making. Develop reports, slides, and other summaries designed to communicate complicated information in the simplest possible manner. 


Work Experience

- 5+ years of business experience in Communications and/or PR.A degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related fieldExperience with quantitative research to develop strategic insights for a variety of marketing initiatives.

- Ability to think about high level strategy, but also a focus on details and execution.

- Comfortable in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment.

- Willing to knock down walls in order to hit your KPIs / goals.
