Marketing Project Manager - GTM
We are looking for someone with Marketing project management experience to help lead cross-functional Marketing assets and internal projects. In this role, you will work with the GTM Marketing teams such as Web Development, Creative, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and more to drive progress on Marketing initiatives and projects.
This role requires someone with experience working on website launches, branding projects, email marketing, and more. You will work with the team to lead prioritization and develop processes to make your team more efficient and effective. Communication and collaboration are your strong suits as you will be the owner of the process and must be solutions oriented. The role will report to our Director of Marketing Project Management, and would be a great fit for someone looking to strategically influence a fast paced marketing organization!
What You'll Do
- Manage an intake for team requests, prioritize projects within the team, and collaborate with marketing leads in assigning appropriate resources to projects
- Work collaboratively with Creative, Content, Web, Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, and Events teams as cross- functional partners
- Develop and update project plans/workback schedules for multiple projects, and execute on milestones and deliverables with realistic deadlines
- Identify risks, create contingency plans, and provide creative solutions in a dynamic environment
- Anticipate, oversee and troubleshoot any potential problems within our creative and cross-functional teams, and manage implications in terms of priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements.
- Consistently deliver on existing processes and always be improving upon them
- Work with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed
- Track and communicate progress to team, executives, and other collaborators
- Create agendas, facilitate meeting content, and lead project meetings and kick-offs
Who You Are
- 3 + years of marketing project management experience required
- Experience managing small to mid-size multi-discipline creative projects and marketing, sales, or artist initiatives with multiple cross-functional partners, and ensuring successful delivery for all parties involved
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Experience in crafting project or workback plans
- Experience working with Marketing teams and Marketing projects
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Excellent expectation management skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Self-driven, responsible, flexible team player and able to take ownership on projects
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to situations or priorities
- High-level proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive preferred, as well as various project management tools
- Bachelor's degree required
