The Role

We’re looking for a marketing technology systems analyst to join our global Business Systems Team. This role will be responsible for analyzing data, running day-to-day system(s) experiences, and producing valuable business insights using tools such as CRM and Marketing automation systems. If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a robust but fast-paced sales and marketing organization, this is the role for you.

Scope Includes:

  • Develop, manage and analyze key metrics around marketing pipeline to drive revenue growth, reporting, dashboards, and enable forecasting.
  • Analyze data using readily available reports as well as build custom data queries to identify trends, improve our decision-making, and make recommendations to leadership by leveraging systems managed by the Business Systems and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Drive process improvements and help manage data in CRM and marketing automation tools, including workflow, reporting, data integrity, and maintenance.
  • Partner with BI and Marketing to create queries that will feed reports for regular business reviews, annual planning process and forecast models.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing programs, and work with stakeholders across marketing to improve the ROI and impact of their programs.
  • Evaluate and improve data quality and cleanliness in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other systems.
  • Propose improvements on how we can do predictive modeling and improve our data enrichment practices.


EXPERIENCE

Independent and flexible with solid communications skills, the successful candidate will have a strong customer focus and extensive experience analyzing sales and marketing performance data. The candidate must have demonstrated sound business judgment and able to think strategically about a quickly growing business while at the same time have the analytical and technical ability and intelligence to dive into the tactical details. Note: This is an individual contributor role, but one with significant responsibility and room for growth.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience working with a CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tool (ex. HubSpot and/or Marketo)
  • Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Marketo / HubSpot Certified Expert
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce
