What You'll Do

  • Post Process and edit still photography captured from 360 and virtual media
  • Support the servicing and management of Zumper’s national photography and virtual tour partnerships and oversee the quality and service around advertising media
  • Assist clients with coordinating and preparing for photoshoots by way of phone and email in partnership with Zumper’s media vendor partner operations team
  • Serve as the project manager and coordinator for all partnership photography shoots, including reporting to the CS management team on volume, billing, order status, and client NPS
  • Manage the internal needs related to media management including collaborating and keeping updated the billing, sales, CS, and operations teams
  • Review media provided by Zumper’s media partner, checking for quality prior to sending media to the client
  • Keep track of any issues related to media capture, media quality, and servicing
  • Select still photos from virtual media for each property advertisement, ensuring the best shots are selected and sent directly to Zumper clients
  • Manage client requests related to photography; communicating and enforcing Zumper media policies and contract terms

Who You Are

  • You have 1-2 years of photography editing experience in Adobe photo editing programs; Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Premiere
  • You have 2-3 years of project management experience
  • Understand technical concepts, and deliver positive results for customers
  • High degree of accuracy, detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about immersing yourself in the world of Sales Operations, technology, customer evangelism, and customer success
  • Ability to take direction from multiple parties, work independently, balance multiple projects, and remain detail-oriented and well organized
  • Excel experience is a plus
  • Creative, inventive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
