About the role

At Ginger, we put our members at the center of all that we do, serving as an advocate, and always looking for ways to reduce stigma and increase engagement with our on-demand mental health system. We’re looking for a creative, collaborative Marketing and Communications Manager, SMB to join our growing team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Increases awareness, and drives sign-ups and engagement with Ginger. 
  • Drives adoption of Ginger's communications best practices and communications plans for SMBs.
  • Maintains and executes against the playbook throughout the year. 
  • Supports campaign development for new product launches.
  • Tracks campaigns and leverages data to innovate communications while maintaining best practices as we scale.
  • Supports the Client Success Group’s requests in service of driving sign-ups and renewals.
  • Enables the Client Success Group with talking points and keeps them informed of new resources available.
  • Looks for opportunities to drive sign-ups, make clients referenceable, and demonstrate success. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in marketing and communications / user growth / user acquisition marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare technology preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving towards goals under set targets and timelines.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and client management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
