About the role

At Ginger, we put the member at the center of all that we do, serving as an advocate, and always looking for ways to reduce stigma and increase engagement with our on-demand mental health system. 

We’re looking for a creative, collaborative lifecycle marketing manager to join our growing Member Growth team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Increase the reach of our communications, as well as our member awareness, enrollment, and engagement with Ginger
  • Develop and deploy member communications strategies, campaigns, and omni-channel plans
  • Partner with our client success team to identify opportunities to promote Ginger to the eligible population
  • Demonstrate the impact of Ginger through case studies and member testimonials
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns as well as the drivers of enrollment among member segments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years member marketing experience
  • Outstanding communication, client management, and project management skills 
  • Track record of driving user acquisition through testing and iterating
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Healthcare and/ or Employee Benefits experience a plus. We're open to tech marketers looking to change domains and make an impact.
