Divvy’s Marketing and Communications Team is hiring an exceptional Paid Marketing Manager to own Divvy’s Paid Search and Paid Social (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc). These channels are critical to Divvy’s ongoing success - they contribute double digit percentage growth to the company every month. The ideal candidate is equally familiar with launching campaigns as they are with optimizing them - Divvy spends more than $1M a month on these existing growth channels. Your job is to both identify opportunities for growth AND determine how to reduce acquisition costs in these existing accounts. Therefore, we are looking for an expert to join the team - this is not a role for those just starting out in their careers.


As Divvy’s second Paid Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with the current Paid Marketing Manager as he focuses on new growth channels at Divvy. While you’ll be co-workers on the Paid Team, you will have clear ownership of your respective accounts - with you taking over existing channels and him focusing on new channels. In addition to these two Paid Marketing Managers, Divvy’s Marketing Team consists of Brand Strategists to assist with message and creative testing, Public Relations experts to increase corporate awareness, and quantitative Analysts to assess campaign success. 

Responsibilities


- Take over management of Divvy’s current direct response paid channels, such as Google, Facebook, Bing, etc.

- Audit current campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies to increase CTR, decrease CAC, acquire higher LTV customers.

- Improve campaign performance reporting in partnership with Marketing’s Quantitative Analysts. Assist all parts of Divvy’s business - from its core products, to Agents, to Brokerage, and even new, unannounced product lines.

- Test new campaigns, taglines, creative, and offers designed to grow Divvy’s product lines.

- Partner with the rest of the Marketing Team to construct cohesive Marketing strategies for quarterly and annual reporting.


Work Experience

- 8+ years of business experience in running Paid Marketing, SEM, Growth campaigns at start-ups or technology companies.A degree in Marketing or Design from a top tier university.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other tools of the trade.

- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research to develop strategic insights for a variety of marketing initiatives.

- Ability to think about high level strategy, but also a focus on details and execution.

- Comfortable in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment.

- Willing to knock down walls in order to hit your KPIs / goals.
