Bolt is looking for a creative, critical thinker with a proven track record of coordinating and delivering successful marketing campaigns for lead generation. Ideal candidates are cross-functional team players with the sophistication to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Deep curiosity and the ability to go above and beyond to tackle big problems are key!

What you'll do

  • Develop joint messaging and co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive merchant referrals. 
  • Own the end-to-end execution of external-facing joint-marketing activities including events, thought leadership, content creation, email marketing, webinars, promotion planning etc. 
  • Develop inbound marketing tactics to acquire net new partners to join the Bolt partner program. 
  • Produce partner-specific enablement materials to introduce and mature the partner’s understanding of Bolt’s product and value propositions.
  • Internally - collaborate cross-functionally across sales, business development, marketing, design, etc. to develop and execute asset production and campaigns.
  • Externally - build and maintain close working relationships with marketing, sales, field, leadership, and other counterparts at key partner companies.
  • Continuously track success metrics for all marketing activities - reporting regularly on performance of campaigns. 
  • Help build internal ambassadors within Bolt for our partners by effectively communicating the “why” and “how” of our go-to-market initiatives with partners. 

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3-6 years experience in channel/partner marketing, enablement, and assessment
  • Experience in the technology sector required (software industry experience preferred)
  • Experience working within eCommerce/online commerce, payments or a fintech ecosystem 
  • Must have a growing understanding of marketing programs, events, promotions, and the development of partner-sourced lead generation/pipeline. 
  • Must possess excellent+ project management, prioritization, written, and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesloft, MailChimp and Salesforce) preferred
