Partner Marketing Manager
OVERVIEW
Our marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help drive marketing initiatives that support the Business Development teams at Instacart. You’ll work closely with CRM, Paid Marketing, Marketing Analytics to craft and execute joint programs that allow retailers and brands (CPG) to grow on Instacart. You’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive programs forward, oversee timelines and execution, and instrument measurement to ensure programs are successful
ABOUT THE JOB
- Own execution and assist in developing strategy around Instacart’s retailer marketing programs
- Manage relationships across Business Development teams and serve as a liaison between them and our Marketing team
- Develop marketing plan for new retailer launches, align on approach with internal team members and drive strategic conversations with retailers to gain buy in
- Project manage retailer launches by collaborating with Instacart channel leads across CRM, Paid Digital and other channels ensuring timely execution. Be the voice of the retailer and conduct analysis that serves as an input into messaging across various marketing touchpoints. Share campaign results with retailers through post launch meetings and ongoing quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with Marketing analytics to implement dashboards for measuring success across partner programs. Develop insights on program performance, identify opportunities for improving outcomes and work cross functionally to implement changes
- Work with Brand team to build collateral, marketing best practices, and documentation to educate stakeholders on retailer marketing programs
- Oversee marketing planning for regional expansions
- Assist with CPG programs where needed to drive revenue and GMV for Instacart
ABOUT YOU
- 6+ years of experience in a relevant role including partner marketing, channel marketing, shopper marketing, digital marketing or similar
- You have hands-on experience managing large scale initiatives and have implemented processes that drive efficient outcomes
- You understand digital marketing concepts and can articulate them to a broad set of audiences
- You enjoy working with external audiences and have strong communication skills
- You excel at managing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and can identify solutions that balance the needs of each
- You are a self-starter with the ability to manage through ambiguous situations
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
