The Partnership Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building and driving Minted’s Fundraising Program, which helps schools and nonprofits raise money. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is interested in building a career in marketing or sales. The successful candidate will be extremely hard working, entrepreneurial, have impeccable follow-through, and be detail-oriented. This is a paid position based in Minted’s San Francisco office. The role reports to the Manager of Partner Marketing.

You Will:

  • Reach out to elementary schools, high schools and non-profit organizations via email and phone to recruit them to sign-up for the Minted’s Fundraising Program 
  • Distribute marketing materials for members to share with their community and networks
  • Assist in optimizing the existing program - including identifying the benefits for organizations and schools to sign up and improving the marketing materials.
  • Identify and execute innovative ways to spread the word about Minted’s Fundraising Program (eg: posting on school’s Facebook pages)
  • Manage the application process - vet each organization or school and make sure they are meeting criteria and have provided the required information.
  • Onboard new members onto the program including a personal welcome email, providing marketing materials and tips on how to promote to their community, and create promo codes.
  • Recruit and engage existing members for several seasonal campaigns.

You Have:

  • An undergraduate degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and good judgment for when urgency is required
  • Fanatical commitment to our customers, our community of designers, and our premium brand
  • Experience using relevant technology; familiarity and experience with eCommerce. Microsoft Office, Mac & PC proficient.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.
