Job Description

Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing grow online sales and build brand awareness for Wish Shopping and other Wish owned properties: Wish Wholesale and 1 Sansome.

We are looking for a data-centric marketing manager who is passionate about growing the adoptions of new initiatives and enjoying scaling and building the next-generation e-Commerce marketplace.

What you'll be doing:

Partnerships & Affiliate program support (50%):

  • Program analysis
    • Review paid placements performance and determine results
    • Publisher performance analysis
    • Category analysis
    • Customer type analysis
    • Device type analysis
  • Partner reporting (app install campaigns)
    • Generate and share fraud reports with select partners
  • Project management
    • Create and submit marketing collateral requests
    • Build tracking links for web and mobile
    • Assemble and deploy monthly newsletters
  • Partner recruitment
    • Identify and contact potential partners
  • Transaction inquiry resolution
    • Resolve commission disputes
  • Partner approvals
    • Review and approve/decline partner applications
  • Partner optimization
    • Review partner rate cards and make recommendations
    • Test different commission rates with select partners
  • Geo/Category Growth Initiative
    • Grow GMV and acquire new customers in non-US countries

Analytics (50%):

  • Budget planning and forecasting
  • Ability to combine data sources and identify relevant information, patterns or outliers
  • Calculating KPIs such as ROAS, LTV, and CAC
  • Building presentations in google slides or powerpoint and presenting to Senior Management
  • Calculating Incrementally (eg a/b testing)
  • Building dashboards through data visualization tools (eg Tableau)
  • Ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in marketing analytics; 1-3 years in digital marketing; affiliate marketing preferred
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (eg vlookup and pivot tables) required
  • Web and mobile attribution experience (eg Google Analytics, Treasure Data, AppsFlyer) required
  • Passion for eCommerce and marketing
  • Organization skills
  • Person/communications skills
  • Experience with affiliate marketing network solutions (eg Impact, Rakuten, CJ, etc.) preferred

Nice to have:

  • Ability to write SQL queries
