Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage TV (Linear and Streaming/OTT), Audio (podcasts, radio), and other offline channels via direct relationships/agencies by optimizing audience targeting, creative, messaging, spend, bids, and budgets to maximize performance
- Partner with in-house media buyers to drive performance and brand media strategies with a hyper-focus on CPM, CPV, CPA, ROAS/ROI, and LTV to meet business KPIs
- Act as a channel thought leader by educating stakeholders with on-going channel performance, testing results, best practices, and industry trends
- Collaborate with brand, creative production, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to execute on respective channels
What we are looking for:
A lifelong learner with a growth mindset who values making a difference in the lives of others
- 5+ years in a hands-on marketing role managing digital, TV, Audio, and/or managed service campaigns to meet business KPIs
- Experience working directly with media networks and/or advertising agencies to deliver campaign strategies and successfully execute plans
- Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to make strategic decisions to meet business KPIs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills to effectively influence and work with cross-functional teams
- Substantial experience pulling data and generating excel reports to generate strategic insights
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with SQL, Looker and/or Amplitude is a plus
- Experience advertising a subscription or streaming service is a plus
