About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will help Faire grow our customer base through managing a variety of acquisition channels. You will work with a team of seasoned growth marketers who have deep knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing.

What you'll do

• Own retailer and brand acquisition campaigns across paid search and paid social to drive user growth and achieve ROAS targets
• Analyze data across the channels to find optimization opportunities and implement them to improve channel performance
• Develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Brand Marketing to run advertising experiments and test new acquisition channels.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of direct, hands-on performance marketing experience either at an agency or in-house and have experience building campaigns from the ground up
• You have a strong analytical foundation. You tackle ambiguous problems and large campaign data sets in a hypothesis driven and structured manner. You are proficient in excel and have a working knowledge of SQL (or are excited to learn)
• You are relentlessly resourceful. When something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen. Even when the work is hard, you have the drive to power through it.
• You are detail-oriented and have a passion for optimizing processes. You get satisfaction from seeing how something is being done and finding ways to make the process faster, easier, and more efficient.
• You are a fast learner. You have the natural curiosity and intellectual horsepower to deeply understand new advertising channels and pick up new skills in a very short time.
• You have excellent written & oral communication skills. You can communicate insight crisply to all stakeholders
