We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to join the Coinbase Performance Marketing team. Our team is passionate about growing Coinbase’s customer base through paid acquisition across both app and web. You’ll support the day to day operations of our performance marketing, product marketing, and user acquisition efforts, ensuring that one of the first touchpoints a customer has with Coinbase drives action. This role will also partner with the Coinbase Prime team to manage their performance marketing initiatives across Linkedin Ads, Google Search Ads, and Youtube Ads.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Support day-to-day operations of user acquisition across multiple channels in order to drive towards results-oriented user growth and ROI goals
- Work closely with performance marketing managers to develop and execute on strategies
- Work closely with various product marketing managers to promote Coinbase Prime products across digital marketing channels
- Proactively analyze and report on channel performance while up-leveling recommendations to the performance marketing team
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 4+ years working in growth or performance marketing programs
- Experience managing LinkedIn ads and Google Search Ads.
- Lead generation digital marketing experience with a focus on high consideration products / services.
- Adept at leveraging data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Chartio to manipulate data and extract insights
- You're hypothesis-guided and are used to prioritizing a large number of ideas against a finite amount of resources.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to haves:
- Creative asset development for performance marketing (images and videos)
- Experience managing youtube ads
