Principal Product Marketing Manager, Voice of Customer
You’ll join our Product Marketing team reporting to our Senior Director, Product Marketing, building and scaling our voice of customer program at AdRoll to bring to life and contextualize our customer for the AdRoll team. In this role, you will serve as a source of truth about our customer by measuring and baselining their experiences throughout their lifecycle, predicting and prioritizing needs and trends, identifying key experience drivers, driving continuous experience improvement.
You’ll work daily with teams across AdRoll, including Marketing, Product Development, Product Design, Sales, and Customer Success, and more. In doing so, your work will directly impact our success taking products to market and enabling AdRoll to expand our market presence.

The impact you’ll make:
- Give AdRoll an impeccable understanding of our customer—current, past, and future—from who they are, to the best ways to reach them, to what we have learned from them, over time
- Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and the customer, shaping our customer research, methodologies, and timing
- Partner closely with complementary efforts that inform or are informed by the voice of the customer, such as our internal lifecycle research program and product design user research
- Interact with disparate systems and data daily to connect the dots, involving other teams, as necessary to take advantage of or create supporting infrastructure
- Bring our customer to life by building a dynamic view of them by consolidating, analyzing, and centralizing all learnings from customer research and outreach, such as surveys, interviews, data analysis, and more
- Develop segmented messaging that supports our strategic direction and highlights our differentiated value to specific customer segments to inform Marketing and Sales in the development of marketing content, sales collateral, sales training, and broader campaigns.
- Design, structure, and socialize a repository of all customer insights for accessibility to the entire AdRoll business unit
Skills you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of product marketing, management consulting, entrepreneurship or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge of software platforms and comfort communicating complex concepts and capabilities to non-technical users
- Proven leadership and project management experience with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with product/engineering teams and development cycles and training sales and other internal teams
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to multitask, proactively handle projects, and highly detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth company
