To further this mission, we’re looking for a Consumer Product Marketing expert with experience bringing widely adopted consumer-centric products to market. You will be responsible for launching and enhancing Plaid’s products that focus on the end user experience and, in that way, have tremendous impact. Through close collaboration with the consumer product management team, you will surface audience insights that inform the roadmap and leverage those to build scaled go-to-market campaigns that encourage adoption of those solutions. We are looking for someone to build a consumer product experience and brand that positions Plaid as a responsible steward of consumer data and advocate for connectivity.

What Excites Us

  • 6+ years of direct to consumer marketing experience 
  • Mid-to-late stage start-up experience
  • Superior skills in consumer insights/analytics, strategy building, and detailed execution
  • Can influence and guide a large cross functional team and align them to the common goal 
  • A strong communicator, storyteller and presenter who will present to and interact with senior management, both internal and external

What Excites You

  • Embedding with our consumer product team to understand and influence roadmaps, and helping translate the team’s vision into product experiences that delight consumers
  • Helping build the Plaid brand
  • Managing product and feature launches, customer engagement and feedback, collateral development, and scaled customer and consumer communication
  • Collaborating with Product, Design, Sales/Growth, Financial Access, and Support teams to gather feedback on products and performance
