About the Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, strategic, and growth-focused product marketer to help us more deeply understand the Lattice customer and drive growth. Your work will be highly visible, cross-functional and broad in scope. Priorities include becoming the audience expert, defining pain points and messaging, building GTM launch plans and educational materials, enabling our sales team, and creating content that amplifies the Lattice story and differentiates us in our market. This is a critical product marketing role within a rapidly growing company, with the opportunity to define the function.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the revenue organization (sales, marketing enablement, management) and the EPD organization. Participate in core team decision-making, surface research and customer insights, and define product positioning & messaging. 
  • Partner with demand generation and sales leadership to translate positioning and messaging into education and enablement materials
  • Launch game-changing products for people leaders and forward-thinking businesses. Lead marketing GTM and product-led growth activities. Provide guidance to the rest of the marketing team how we market your products and to whom. Track launch, GTM, and product results — iterate and optimize. 
  • Guide research efforts. Find opportunities for quantitative and qualitative market, competition, and customer research. Coordinate execution and turn analysis into impact. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product marketing, product management, or similar experience, with a solid foundation in the fundamentals including user research, positioning/messaging, user education, and sales enablement.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven, comfortable digging into data and teasing out insights.
  • The ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams 
  • Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • A bias for action and a growth mindset.
