The Partner Enablement role is a hybrid PMM with partnerships marketing flair combined with technical fluency and product depth with a simple goal: make it easy for merchants to launch Bolt Checkout through our ecosystem partners. While not explicitly technical, you will be “in the weeds” with the ways our merchants enable Bolt. You will be an evangelist for Bolt and define our joint solutions to the market. You will play a key role in building the GTM framework, process creation, and co-selling motions to enable scale and efficiency across the partnerships organization.


You will be at the intersection of Partnerships, Customer Success and PM. There are two parts to this role: (1) drive cross-product adoption of Bolt’s vibrant roadmap features to Bolt’s merchant install base, and (2) package cross-product solution offerings to drive adoption of new products through our ecommerce platform partners to ensure that we grow merchant acquisition through our ecosystem.

What excites you:

  • You’re excited about supporting a wide range of activities throughout the Partner lifecycle: from defining market fit and alignment, mapping use cases, defining/improving merchant journey, developing joint value props and solution selling, marketplace reviews and feedback, to tracking KPIs. 
  • You’ll have merchant empathy and help define/improve the merchant journey, experiences and interactions with Bolt, and help solve complex integrations with strategic partners
  • Proven ability to understand complex systems and concepts and synthesize solutions/debug issues with merchant acquisitions and onboarding.

What you'll own:

  • Define, measure and track adoption of Bolt’s products for our vibrant merchant install base and new merchants

What would set you up for success:

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience from a B2B SaaS company 
  • Excellent communication skills; client-facing experience is a plus
  • Must possess excellent project management skills and easily manage internal and external cross functional teams
  • Experience working with a sales team and developing messaging for sales collateral
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • Background in eCommerce, compliance, or payments is a plus
  • Experience working within online commerce, payments or a fintech ecosystem a nice to have
