Plaid is looking for a marketer with excellent project management and organizational skills to help us execute, organize and manage content for our campaigns so that we can meet our quarterly goals. For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how project management solutions such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday tools can help us to streamline and achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. Ultimately, you should be able to document and organize our projects’ campaign lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

This role will focus on building out a new process that supports a growing Marketing team to ship campaigns quicker, ensure smooth launches, and create a consistent and well documented process for how to work with the Marketing team. This person should be passionate about facilitating organizational development within the team’s activities including digital channel marketing, creative assets, content, event marketing, and other collaborative efforts the team works on.

  • Build the engagement model and manage the workload with key cross-functional teams (design, content, legal, engineering, etc)
  • Develop a detailed project plan for marketing campaigns and monitor progress
  • Build resourcing plans to ensure the appropriate level of support on key business drivers
  • Proven work experience as a project manager
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
