As part of connecting people to great restaurants, we take a lot of pride in how we talk to our customers about food, from emails to billboards. That’s where you come in. We’re hiring a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, based in NYC or San Francisco (once offices are a thing again) and reporting into the Head of Marketing for Caviar, to own our consumer brand strategy from end to end. 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience to define our brand pillars and consumer messaging framework 
  • Partner with a Creative and Creative Operations team to bring the Caviar brand to life across earned, owned, and paid channels
  • Grow brand awareness, affinity, and engagement through partnerships, social and integrated campaigns
  • Measure brand awareness and sentiment, leveraging data and insights to evolve brand strategy
  • Advocate internally for a shared understanding of our brand purpose, promise, and values 
  • Build and maintain our internal brand resource center, including core brand strategy building blocks, assets, training materials, and more 
  • Analyze, monitor and report on competitive landscape
  • Manage quarterly budget to maximize brand consideration
  • Manage and develop 2-3 direct reports

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 8+ years in brand management or interdisciplinary marketing roles, and understand how growth and brand marketing teams work together to drive results
  • You have a deep understanding of marketing metrics across the funnel
  • You have worked for a high-growth consumer brand 
  • You have a strong sense of accountability, brand ownership, and an ability to coach down, up and across levels and functions
  • You have built integrated, cross-functional, complex brand marketing campaigns from scratch
  • You are a clear and effective communicator
  • You have a positive attitude and a genuine love for working with creative teams 
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity
  • MBA preferred
