Position Summary

As the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager for North America, you’ll report to the VP of Growth Marketing and own the entire campaigns strategy for Expanse. You will be a critical driver in our effort to achieve pipeline and revenue goals and execute campaigns against our core buyer segments to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead integrated marketing programs, including setting strategy, developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budget levels, and measuring results.
  • Proactively partner with Product Marketing to develop annual and quarterly themes, target audiences, content and messaging. 
  • Collaborate with our Content Marketing team to identify and leverage assets for all campaigns
  • Ensure world-class quality of marketing materials that are produced, including web content, webinars, events, white papers, ads, graphics, and videos.
  • A/B Testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness.
  • Manage activity calendar, write campaign emails, and manage content distribution aligned to campaign themes including white papers, webinars, and blogs
  • Execute and measure the efficacy of campaigns and their contribution to sales and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Sales to enable campaign follow-up and deliver new program playbooks; look for ways to improve GTM collaboration

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation or campaigns marketing with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth, preferably in high tech.
  • 3+ years people management experience, with strong organization health scores.
  • Previous experience in creating campaigns focused on ITOps and Security solutions and targeted toward an enterprise buyer (CIO, CISO)
  • Previous with Account Based Marketing experience Deep industry knowledge of cutting edge demand generation methods, including creating a funnel, nurture strategies, digital, online, and live events.
  • Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution.
  • Analytically-driven decision-maker, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions.
  • A person who goes above and beyond to help the company expand and target key market segments, drive pipeline velocity and contribute to the company’s overall go to market strategy.
