Marketing Team at Vungle:

This role plays a key part in managing our content strategy for the organization and establishing Vungle as a thought leader in the industry. This position will be part of Vungle’s group of storytellers. We want to harness the creative nature of the marketing team to help the industry understand what makes Vungle unique.  

We need the following Skills:

  • Storytelling & Creative Writing -  Adept at identifying and crafting stories to promote our products, generate leads, educate audiences and achieve business objectives.  Proven ability to customize content for different marketing channels. Expert in grammar, tone and style.
  • Research & Analytics - Actively identify and analyze industry and competitors and use data to measure and optimize content and drive business goals.  
  • Technical Agility - Experience translating technical talk into digestible content for sales and customers. SEO experience is a plus.
  • Project Management - Managing content planning across channels, marketing collateral creation, and editorial calendars.

 Responsibilities:

  • Crafting thought leadership pieces and strategizing content to drive Vungle’s brand awareness - Promoting what we're doing, what problems are we trying to solve, tech innovations, product enhancements, events, industry presence, HR, and recruiting.
  • Writing internal messaging and positioning for product launches for our internal teams to use with customers - sales enablement materials, one-sheets, presentation decks, messaging docs.
  • Creating and adapting marketing copy for various external marketing channels to promote our product launches and track adoption/success - case studies, website copy, blog posts, emails, white papers.  Understanding of video production, storyboards a plus. 
  • Managing Vungle's social media content - Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook etc. and social media calendar.
  • Defining Vungle’s SEO strategy and executing to maximize exposure of Vungle content. 
  • Ensuring business’s narratives and messages are in support of the content strategies and brand guidelines. 
  • Defining key metrics to measure content performance and optimizing content based on those metrics.  
  • Presenting to key stakeholders content performance and recommendations.  
  • Managing content calendars and working with the content project management team to ensure content project deadlines are met.  

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a marketing and/or content marketing role in multi-channel content marketing.
  • Must have used one or more content marketing management systems & analytics tools like: Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.
  • Familiarity or experience in the mobile app ecosystem and/or the AdTech space.
  • Strong portfolio of writing samples.
  • Video content and production experience a plus! 
  • Bachelor's degree in English or Journalism (or equivalent degree)
