To accelerate revenue growth within our existing customer base, the Upsell Marketing team is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Marketing Manager. In this role, you will define, develop, and manage marketing programs with the goal of monetizing the satisfaction, loyalty, and growth of our customers. You must be comfortable performing a wide variety of tasks and working with multiple systems, teams, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment. We need a strategist who is not afraid to roll up his or her sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and analyze the performance of customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with Product Marketing, Creative and Digital Channel leads on targeted content strategy, planning and executing multi-channel programs
- Lead projects that drive target account engagement, upsell pipeline creation and deal acceleration goals
- Partner closely with adoption to define the customer journey for RingCentral customers
- Work hand in hand with the account management team to understand upsell opportunity scenarios and guide the team on the best ways to grow their account base
- Partner with the analytics team to define KPIs, measure effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust optimize upsell/cross-sell programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in B2B software/technology marketing
- Successful history in generating pipeline and optimizing channel performance
- Proven ability to partner with and influence Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Ops teams
- Comprehensive skills: Marketo, Salesforce, Excel
- UCaaS and/or CCaaS experience a plus
- Project Management and detailed oriented
- Experience presenting and driving buy-in from numerous sales leaders and marketing executives
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, be creative, efficient and results oriented
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
