Customer Marketing Manager/Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Udemy for Business

As our customer base grows rapidly, we are looking for a marketer who is passionate about amplifying the voice of the customer and sharing their success stories while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to engage and delight customers through their journey.
The Customer Marketing team is passionate about nurturing our customers and providing them with the tools and resources to help build a culture of learning and drive business outcomes across their organization. This role will report to the Director of Customer Marketing and work closely with EMEA & APAC Marketing leaders, Event Marketing, Product Marketing & Customer Success. We are a small and nimble team with a huge opportunity to make an impact.

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Build and scale expansion and retention marketing strategy and programs for high-growth customer segments (Mid-Market, Enterprise) with a focus on revenue growth
- Be the customer expert with a deep understanding of key stakeholders’ goals, behaviors and motivations and align those with industry, persona, and region
- Team up with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop plans to drive platform usage, engage and delight Udemy for Business customers through their journey
- Partner with Sales & Customer Success to identify and build impactful and compelling customer stories, testimonials, and videos
- Promote and share customer within internal channels/teams and externally in partnership with Corp Communications & Events
- Support global Customer Success team with tools and resources that enable them to successfully onboard and engage customers
- Use customer and regional insights to help localize customer marketing in EMEA & APAC
- Measure and report on customer marketing activities so we can test and iterate
- Create a strategy and plan for a focused customer community groups
We're excited about you because you have:
- 7+ years in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in a Customer Marketing role
- Passion for listening, understanding, and sharing customer stories
- Full-stack marketing skills with experience in Loyalty Marketing, Email Marketing, Retention, and Engagement Marketing
- Proven track record of running marketing programs with measurable results
- Keen eye for measuring performance, tracking and analyzing data
- Skills to think big picture and simultaneously execute on E2E project execution partnering with diverse cross stakeholders
- Natural ability to connect and build relationships with team members and customers alike
- Excellent communication skills including experience with developing customer facing materials
- Experience building and scaling customer communities and global experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Account Based Marketing (ABM)
