How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

PagerDuty’s Distributed by Design model provides employees flexibility on where and when they work to allow for the integration of life and career. We’ve evolved our benefits to increase focus on mental wellness, resulting in Dutonian Wellness Days, for all employees to unplug and recharge.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I started at PagerDuty two days after graduation, when I was unsure of what I really wanted to do. My six year tenure has resulted in a role change each year, starting as a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to now, as a Majors Account Executive where I enjoy working with some of our most strategic customers.
