Unity Technologies is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to support our online revenue team by enabling data-driven growth programs and campaigns to boost our self-served subscriptions.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for designing, planning, and implementing acquisition and upsell user flows required to achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets. This role is a key component of our Growth Marketing team contributing directly to the bottom-line.

You are a person who breathes all things user growth, driven from the lenses of behavioral data and has a passion for creating growth paths while maintaining expected UX.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design, implementation, and optimization of user upsell flows end-to-end across all subscriptions growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with key data stakeholders to design and implement the data infrastructure (back-end) that drives behavioral predictive modeling and behavioral user growth paths 
  • Identify and optimize the self-serve user data profile through various models, leveraging external data vendors and internal data teams 
  • Map and optimize the ideal channel mix for the optimal conversion of free users to paid subscriptions
  • Work closely with Online Subs team and Product Marketing to ensure campaign and programs align with our overall messaging framework and holistic focus periods 
  • Collaborate closely Performance Marketing, Campaign managers, to execute campaigns and make sure tactics deliver results
  • Partner with our Marketing operations, BI and data warehouse teams to set up growth reporting at a channel level (attribution)
  • Run ongoing reporting and present insights to different stakeholder groups (VP/ Directors and Senior Managers) and be a key driver for innovation fueling our ability to scale

Requirements

  • Ba/BS degree with in SaaS with a successful track record of scaling a user and subscription base
  • Have worked before with complex data and product environments, including e-commerce, attribution, automation, in-product user paths, and different digital channels
  • Familiar with SaaS key efficiency metrics including CAC, Payback period, velocity and propensity models
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills
  • Great attitude towards working in a collaborative environment with a large number of stakeholders
