About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Consumer CRM you will manage a team of Marketers responsible for managing the entire Consumer customer lifecycle through email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. You will inspire a team, own business metrics and collaborate with all parts of the business to create and execute CRM strategies that move metrics and surprise and delight our customers.

What You’ll Do 

• Coach and manage a team of marketers to deliver against business goals 
• Drive the CRM strategy and overseeing the operation process of email, SMS and Push while driving towards the identified business goals and metrics (on-boarding, retention and loyalty)
• Oversee personalized CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle including automations and ad hoc communications 
• Create the CRM strategies to achieve business results and improve the customer journey 
• Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional stakeholders in our Product, Operations, Strategy, and Analytics teams

Qualifications 

• 7+ years experience in the customer marketing, customer communications, or customer engagement with 3+ years managing teams 
• Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end to end
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• A record of business results through testing and deploying marketing campaigns across channels
• Passion for customer experience and increasing the value of customers 
• Experience managing and implementing effective loyalty programs
• Familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
• Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
