Job Description:
RingCentral is looking for a Senior Manager Demand Generation Contact Center Marketing lead (SMB) responsible for leading the acquisition strategy for our Contact Center (CC) portfolio. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will accelerate CC growth among upmarket companies.
The ideal candidate is cross functional and an ambitious self-starter who is passionate about doing whatever it takes (strategy, execution, and everything in between) to help the business succeed. Understanding of SaaS business including experience with contact center or customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact and lead for Contact Center acquisition across all marketing functions for SMB
- Engage with Sales, Marketing and Ops SMB segment
- Partner with your peers in Demand Gen, Customer Marketing, ABM and Upsell to develop dedicated multi-channel campaigns spanning the customer journey
- Align with Product Marketing to understand our content and messaging strategy, ideal customer profile, and personas to ensure localization, enablement and consumption
- Communicate program status and results to key stakeholders: continuously evaluate the performance and ROI on programs, adjust tactics and strategy accordingly
- Be accountable for defining and reporting KPIs to track execution against lead volume, conversion, velocity, and pipeline targets and other relevant objectives
- Work cross functionally with Sales and Operations to ensure programs are executed on time and leads are effectively followed up on
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in developing and executing successful lead gen programs, preferably in B2B marketing
- Successful history in developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs including: email, digital, direct mail, events, webinars and leveraging ABM tools such as DemandBase, Engagio
- Experience marketing cloud/SaaS products and solutions to large companies
- Comprehensive skills: Marketo, Salesforce, Project Management tool (Wrike)
- Deep understanding of pipeline and marketing metrics
- Experience acting as a liaison between Sales and Marketing teams and across Marketing teams
