Segment’s Product Marketing & Demand Generation team is looking for a senior integrated campaigns manager to lead our integrated marketing efforts as we strive to accelerate our growth in the coming years. This person will be responsible for developing and continually enhancing Segment’s integrated campaign strategy for pipeline generation.

We’re looking for someone who is excited about building cross-team relationships working alongside sales, account based marketing, content marketing, demand generation and product marketing in order to communicate the value of CDP across all industry verticals.

Driving & Focus of the Path Ahead

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for the integrated marketing strategy including driving campaigns that deliver the right message to the right target audience at the right time.  This leader is empowered with responsibility for a significant operation, working cross-functionally with other marketing teams (e.g. demand generation, design, content, product marketing, ABM), the revenue org, and more to bring the best campaign strategies to life.

You will also be responsible for ideation of creative marketing campaigns that are multi-touch and  fully integrated across multiple channels.  You will be managing a budget and execution for all elements of the campaign. Ideal candidates will have experience building and scaling integrated marketing campaigns, making data driven decisions, developing and implementing measurement and attribution across all campaign elements, leveraging research and data insights to improve marketing effectiveness, and developing strong working relationships across the entire company to ensure the Segment’s integrated campaigns are the best it can be. Success in this position requires leadership, experience managing full funnel marketing initiatives and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What we’re looking for...

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 6+ years professional experience in marketing
  • Develop and execute a full funnel marketing strategy with integrated campaigns
  • Built strong working relationships with leaders across Segment teams (e.g. demand generation, product marketing, content, brand / design, marketing planning/operations, ABM, sales).
  • Demonstrated experience with program management for integrated campaigns 
  • Basic knowledge of marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience using data to inform decision making & strategy planning
  • Proven leadership experience influencing others and communicating direction
  • Engaging at an executive level with cross-functional groups
  • Working internationally (including management of priorities outside the US)
  • Working with or in support of diverse communities
