The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager for Marketing Analytics at Afterpay, you'll be responsible for collaborating closely with functional leaders to understand their needs, prioritize projects, use the best statistical methods to analyze data, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.

• Shape the toolset and analytical strategy designed to support paid acquisition activities
• Provide subject matter expertise to assist in metric definition and right KPIs to measure performance and plan for the future
• Help performance marketers finding opportunities to improve funnel conversion and set up the tools for them to map the user’s activation journey
• Design attribution and incrementality methodologies
• Lead and grow a team of talented analysts. Mentor and coach the team, helping them realize their potential by setting clear expectations, upholding accountability, and providing challenges to stretch their skills
• Utilize excellent communication skills to clearly distill the essence of your technical work to audiences of all levels and across multiple functional areas
• Effectively analyze the performance of marketing campaigns that use multiple channels including Performance Marketing (FB, SEM, SEO, App, Social/Display)

• Bachelor’s degree and above in quantitative or engineering domain
• 7 years of work experience supporting high-scale paid user acquisition teams
• Proven experience driving growth and efficiency using analytical tools
• Familiarity with various online marketing channels including social and search
• Experience with SQL, programming, spreadsheet modeling, data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Team leading experience
• Passion for finding insights in data and driving change based on those insights
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to simplify and present complex analytical concepts to an executive audience
