Position: Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, Americas

Location: North America

The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing will work alongside global and regional channel teams, sales, marketing, and channel enablement, you'll be responsible for growing business in the Americas through awareness, education and pipeline generation programs with partners

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the channel and alliances team on the design and execution of the partner program
  • Develop pipeline generation programs and events with key partners, collaborating internally and externally, end-to-end, to deliver ROI
  • Track and report on partner sourced and influenced pipeline across the Americas, adjusting the program to capitalize on segments that are delivering well or need improvement
  • Create and execute a calendar of industry and partner activity, ensuring internal teams are aware and make the most of partner programs
  • Manage co-operative activities through the co-op funding program
  • Create solid foundations for success:
  • Audit and tier partners based on marketing capability and their potential to generate pipeline through marketing programs
  • Build out the partner database, key contacts and company intelligence
  • Work with the partner enablement team to ensure key partner contacts are trained and enabled
  • Conduct a regular content and campaigns needs analysis and develop relevant programs and assets for use in the field with short time to market
  • Manage the partner portal, content library and version control
  • Invest time to understand the product portfolio, use cases, customer stories and content library, leveraging available resources for timely, relevant outreach through partner programs.
  • Act as a conduit between HQ, Zscaler field teams and partners to consolidate and share Zscaler, partner, industry and competitor news
  • Assist partners in elevating their programs and events to uphold high standards of professionalism, organization and creativity
  • Take accountability for the results and ROI of every project, tracking each program on an ongoing basis to ensure closed-loop lead follow-up and conversion. Analyze performance, spot trends and lead change for continuous improvement

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience and commercial success managing partner programs in the technology sector
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business subject
  • Product marketing experience in a technology organization
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office or GSuite applications and comCRM
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, collaboration and presentation skills. Has the gravitas to communicate and influence effectively at all levels internally and externally to accelerate programs and effect change
  • Highly analytical – can derive business insights and make informed decisions from data
  • Thinks strategically but has strong organizational skills and is willing to take on tactical projects, managing them to exacting detail
  • Tech-savvy, learns fast and is self-aware
  • Ambitious and passionate about their performance and development
  • Flourishes in a fast paced, goal oriented high growth sales environment and turns challenges into opportunities, using initiative and a positive attitude to overcome problems and difficult situations
  • The ability to work outside of local hours to conduct meetings and activities. Enjoys going the extra mile to turn in outstanding results
