The Manager/Sr. Manager of Marketing Automation is a key role on our Marketing Systems team. This role is responsible for Demand Generation Systems and Campaign Production.
The role is an opportunity to work with the top Marketo and Marketing Technology experts in the world. You will be exposed to, and work on, a large martech stack that handles high volume lead generation and user support. This is not your typical Marketo-Salesforce operation.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in marketing automation, marketing operations, and Marketo. You are part Architect and all execution.

Demand generation marketing technologies.
Design scalable solutions to multi channel customer journeys.
Ensure the team delivers hundreds of email and multi channel programs per quarter.
Manage, grow, and coach a team of Marketing Automation professionals to become top experts and deliver complex projects.
Design and manage integrations that enable automated data flows and attribution.
Conduct data investigations and resolve errors quickly.
Work with MOPS, SOPS, and Marketers to develop unique campaigns.
Design and build scalable lead flow processes for data management or marketing campaigns within Marketo.
Integrate new marketing tech tools and systems; design lead flow; and test new ideas.
Prepare documentation in a clear, repeatable way.
Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and workflows.
Daily Marketo use for at least 3 years. You’ve run email at scale; built program templates;
Current Marketo Certified Expert or Adobe Marketo Engage Business Professional license or better. 2+ Years as an MCE.
Previous experience managing a team of 2+ people.
3-5+ years of experience as a B2B demand generation marketer or customer marketer.
Strong user of Salesforce.com as a Power User, Marketer, or even an Admin.
You enjoy using Process Chart tools like Lucidchart, Visio, etc
Understand strategies, tactics and tools that best practice organizations use to optimize marketing performance.
Strong project management skills - you know how to break it down and assign work and maintain a schedule of dozens of requests.
Impressive MS Excel skills - you know how to go beyond pivot tables and vlookup.
Expert at MS Office or Google Docs.
Cross-culturally aware and sensitive to working with global teams.
Understanding of database concepts and APIs.
Excellent communication and transparency at all levels.
Strong user of tools like MS Excel, GoogleSheets, LucidChart, MS Visio.
Martech vendor management, RFP, and budgeting experience.
8-12 years professional experience in B2B companies supporting software, SaaS, or similar services.
B.A. in a business related field such as Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, etc.
Experience managing large integrations of Marketo or Marketing Automation Platforms
Managed your own Marketo instance for 1-2 years.
Familiar with Demandbase-Engagio
Familiar with Omnichannel Orchestration Systems.
Open to experienced candidates with similar Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) skills.
