We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team to help achieve our ambitious goals. As an early member of this newly formed team, this analyst will partner with the Acquisition team and play a critical role in full-funnel management: planning and forecasting, test design, campaign execution, campaign analysis, and continuous optimizations. This person will use advanced data analytics skills to analyze our marketing effectiveness across channels and identify actionable insights to improve volume and efficiency metrics.
Your impact
As Senior Marketing Analyst, you’ll be the expert for internal and external data sources and data analytics tools.
In this role, you will:
- Assume massive ownership of strategic analytics initiatives upon starting that will have an outsize impact on our Paid Acquisition team.
- Efficiently generate insights by processing information across multiple data platforms.
- Design and maintain performance dashboards (Tableau preferred) to enable stakeholders to access key learnings easily.
- Partner with channel owners to run complicated analyses to identify improvement opportunities across audiences, channels, creative, pricing, and more.
- Lead advanced analytics tasks to unlock further growth potential, such as predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, attribution modeling, and more.
- Provide thought leadership and data support on the design, execution, and measurement of impactful experiments and channel tests.
- Partner with the Data Science team to build out tech stack to empower better analytics.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their pain points, translate them into actionable tasks, and clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
- Be an early hire who will help shape and build a world-class analytics team.
We’re looking for someone who
- Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
- Has 2-6 years of experience in highly quantitative fields.
- Possesses solid data analytics skills (SQL, Python, R, or equivalent) and is eager to gain new knowledge and learn new tools.
- Understands key metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and payback periods and has effortless fluency in how different metrics affect one another.
- Can think critically, constantly question the status quo, and seek improvement opportunities.
- Relentlessly sets aggressive short- and long-term goals and possesses a strong internal drive to achieve them.
- Can consider, play out, and weigh alternative scenarios based on strategic objectives.
- Can work cross-functionally with partners across different teams, clearly articulate intents, and properly negotiate to align goals and results.
