You will:
- As Bond’s first marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to work across all of Bond’s marketing initiatives
- Identify target audiences, build personas and establish positioning to influence marketing strategies
- Develop demand generation campaigns end-to-end from defining objectives to execution, tracking, and reporting
- Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B testing to roll-out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes
- Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget
- Leads forecasting and planning efforts in order to deliver against business strategies
- Write content for product announcements, press releases, and thought leadership pieces that elevate our brand and product
You have:
- 5+ years of success in B2B demand generation and marketing, ideally for SaaS based solution or fintech
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written communication and storytelling with the ability to understand the audience and distill key messages in order to effectively inform and persuade
- Demonstrated ability of developing marketing plans and campaigns
