About this Opportunity

You will work alongside the NY General Manager to develop and execute on a marketing strategy for our affiliate tech-enabled brokerage to support 25% y-o-y transactional growth!

 

What You Will Do

  • Partner with cross-functional partners including sales, design, analytics, to drive roadmaps, strategy, and execution.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns, landlord acquisition, and retention to meet company goals.
  • Conduct post-mortems and build regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead content calendar across supply and demand side of our marketplace
  • Writes and/or edits blog posts, emails and various types of content to support campaigns and team objectives
  • Build go-to-market strategies and campaigns to help drive awareness, engagement and services adoption for the landlord audience.
  • Develop user acquisition and retention plans across marketing channels.
  • Conduct user research to gain insight into customer needs and experiences as well as competitive offerings.
  • Determine and own the non traditional paid user acquisition strategy, handling a monthly budget.
  • Optimize the acquisition budget in defined channels you own and deliver efficient return on investment
  • Work with contractors and employees to execute on your content roadmap
  • Develop content downloads to support our lead gen efforts
  • Create marketing automation tools, systems and email templates to launch campaigns

 

Who You Are

  • You hold B.S in business or marketing; M.S in marketing .or MBA preferred
  • You have 3+ years at growth company or tech forward real estate services firm
  • You are a proven leader with experience leading both W2 and 1099 designers, photographers, web designers
  • You have experience addressing C suite and executive level leaders and high profile customers and clients
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
