Senior Marketing Operations Manager
RollWorks is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Operations Manager. Reporting to our RollWorks RevOps Director, you will be responsible for RollWorks Marketing Operations support, supporting on the day-to-day basis marketing organization. You will also be responsible for continuously optimizing, evaluating, and improving our customers’ acquisition across our channels. This role presents an opportunity to drive initiatives relating to our marketing programs and is critical in our long-term growth strategy.

The impact you’ll make:
- Conduct the one-time transition/ insource from the existing third-party vendor to the RollWorks RevOps organization
- Help drive global strategy and implementation of marketing technology tools to support demand generation, sales, product and corporate marketing teams.
- Create a collaborative marketing automation framework for the sales development, sales ops, marketing teams to create a scalable lead flow process
- Restructure and optimize our lead routing model in the SFDC. Make sure that lead handover runs smoothly and without interruptions.
- Partner with the marketing team to support their strategic and tactical projects.
- Implement and optimize campaign tracking to measure campaign effectiveness, campaign ROI and other marketing programs. Develop and implement AB testing in order to improve demand generation initiatives.
- Oversee Lead Lifecycle Management, updating and making changes as needed. Review and fine tune attribution and channel tracking.
- Collaborate with the business analytics team to monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation and lead management issues to ensure optimal delivery and tracking of marketing programs.
- Formalize a process for marketing data acquisition, data quality, account segmentation, nurture workflow qualification, manage lead scoring methods, etc.
Skills you’ll bring:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Business, Finance or Statistics
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Product Marketing in the Enterprise Software, Fin-Tech, Financial Solutions or Mar-Tech industry.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo, Pardot or similar is required
- Strong knowledge of best practices in digital media, digital campaign creation, marketing channels and website optimization
- Has extensive experience managing and optimizing paid media channels to optimize conversion
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels including search engine optimization, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, SQL querying and data analysis
- Experience with marketing and pipeline metrics creation
- Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Track record of challenging the status quo and demonstrating passion for breakthrough ideas
