Gladly is looking for a Senior Marketing Programs Manager to join the Marketing team. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to design and execute campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline in our target accounts and the broader market. You'll be responsible for measuring impact and results of your programs and use learnings to drive continuous improvement. You'll also collaborate with Digital and Event Marketing teams to orchestrate journeys that turn your campaign leads into pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, data driven marketing campaigns to drive engagement in named target accounts and the broader market
  • Design the campaign calendar and email cadence to ensure optimal engagement and prevent list fatigue
  • Connect GTM priorities with Sales success by defining, instrumenting, measuring and executing end-to-end campaigns
  • Partner with digital, content, field, social marketing and marketing operations to activate cross-channel, multi-touch campaign programming
  • Plan, execute and optimize campaigns aimed at specific segments, target accounts, competitive install bases, and/or buyer persona.
  • Develop and execute innovative online and offline campaign strategies and tactics, including display, web, social media, email, nurture, direct mail, and more
  • Own tracking, measurement, and reporting on pipeline and revenue-impact of your programs
  • Provide thought leadership insight on how to engage new prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Measure and report on Strategic ABM programs with actionable insights
  • BA or BS preferably in communications, marketing, or related field

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in high-tech, B2B campaign design, integrated marketing, and demand generation
  • Hands-on experience developing, executing, and optimizing integrated high-ROI marketing campaigns, including social, digital, search, display, and content creation
  • Strong data analytics with Salesforce and Marketo reporting and dashboard, Bizible is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills with experience in landing page, email, and copywriting
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills who always puts the customer first
  • Proven ability to operate at strategic level while executing day-to-day tactics, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability
