The Role


We are looking for an experienced Member Marketing and Operations Specialist to contribute to the growth of our member marketing programs. This team member will help us plan, create, and manage a process for developing member marketing materials for a segment of Lyra’s customers that scales as the company grows. 


In close collaboration with the Director, Member and Provider Marketing and other members of marketing and customer success organizations, this individual will play a critical role in helping our rapidly growing team orchestrate and execute Member Marketing material creation. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to create operational programs that allow Lyra to serve more customers and ultimately increase access to mental health care to millions of members. Key to this role will be organizational skills (managing programs and deliverables in flight across multiple customers), experience with JIRA or other project management software, and leadership in ensuring on-time, on-target delivery of assets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing materials operations, and develop templates, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiency in how we work and operate as a cross-functional team. 
  • Create processes that enable Customer Success to support their accounts with standard member marketing materials.
  • Create instructional documents, informational videos, and other references that enable materials to be developed on-time, at scale. 
  • Collaborate closely with designers and other creative services to map out packages of member marketing materials for a diverse array of accounts.Support the Customer Success team in forward planning of demand for member marketing materials
  • Build metrics to ensure we’re delivering on the right priorities at the right time and help us make resourcing decisions with data 
  • Vet and select technology solutions and vendors that may support our desire to scale marketing asset creation. 
  • Play an integral team role in successful customer launches and drive member engagement up to expectations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or operations or project management
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for finding solutions that improve the status quo and by bringing best practices from previous organizations 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Track record of building and documenting durable processes
