Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Global Strategy
Cisco Meraki marketing is evolving, and we want you to be a part of that evolution by joining the Audience Marketing team. Audience Marketing sits within Market Strategy, a team responsible for our audiences, products, and solutions, and has been built to help us segment and get closer to our audiences – customers and partners alike, to see the world through their eyes, and to meet them where they are.
This is a unique position within the Audience Marketing group focused on our entire channel of partners - resellers, distributors, service providers and all others. Meraki, just like Cisco, is a partner first organization - that means all of our products are sold, installed, and serviced by a wide net of channel resellers. In this role, working closely with Channel Sales Leadership, Channel Strategy, and Partner Marketing, you will help develop strategies, messaging, and tailored approaches to increase Meraki visibility within these audiences, and drive awareness of the superiority of the Meraki Platform.

What You'll Do
- Establish partner messaging for all brand and thought leadership initiatives to help us drive our new messages through the channel
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research into our partner community using surveys, partner interviews, sales interviews, and other tools ensuring we have a thorough understanding of our partners’ experience, and make recommendations based on findings
- Create a partner advisory board and conduct regular interactions to test messaging concepts, establish gaps, and provide a deeper understanding into our top partner needs
- Lead the charge in creating a robust partner advocacy program helping us tell our partner Meraki stories through case studies, testimonials, and web journeys
- Align with Cisco Global Partner Organization on key Cisco driven initiatives and ensure Meraki is appropriately represented
- Collaborate on the development of innovative, segment-relevant omnichannel audience campaigns, and personalization strategies, driven by Marketing OKRs
- Be an advocate for the voice of your audience, and ensure it is represented in new campaigns
Who You Are
- 5+ years in sales and marketing roles within a Tech B2B organization
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data outputs to make informed decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and crafting seamless alignment
- Proven interpersonal, influencing and collaborative experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experiences in partner focused roles
