Senior Partner Marketing Manager
You’ll join our Partnerships team reporting to our VP, Strategic Partnerships & Channel Sales and will lead the development and execution of highly-impactful marketing programs and go to market strategy to fuel awareness of AdRoll and it's integrated growth solutions to ecommerce customers resulting in new, loyal, and growing AdRoll customers. This role will impact the adoption and value of each partnership with a focus on ecommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix) along with growth of customers and overall revenue through lead generation. Your role is unique in that it drives value for AdRoll, customers and an ecosystem of partners. By working with platform partners, you'll help educate ecommerce brands on how they can grow their business through partner solutions. You will be responsible for owning key partner relationships, organizing and leading execution of marketing campaigns, and being measured upon key performance indicators that impact the Partnerships team and AdRoll's business goals.
As AdRoll’s Partner Marketing Manager you will:
- Develop a plan for GTM strategy for new partners and on-going marketing activities with current partners
- Manage the relationship with marketing counterparts across our 10+ partners (and growing) to develop co-marketing opportunities and uncover new places for AdRoll to show up across partners’ entities
- Work alongside key stakeholders to increase lead generation via partners and educate customers on the benefits of integrating and utilizing partners in conjunction with AdRoll
- Develop a deep understanding of the ecommerce partner ecosystem and how partnerships can impact and increase growth of the AdRoll business
- Support internal teams in the following ways:
- Marketing: Execute campaigns by supporting content development, webinars, events, SEO, paid ads, email and managing co-marketing opportunities and inputs
- Product Marketing: Collaborate to tie partnerships into content and overarching GTM initiatives, such as contact based pricing, automations, new product launches, and partner announcements
- Partnerships: Uncover new opportunities to partner across the ecosystem and deepen relationships with current partners
- Sales & Customer Success: Provide partner use case, best practices and case study content that these teams can share and discuss with new and existing customers
- Product: Highlighting use-cases for partners to be utilized for AdRoll customers and for AdRoll to show up in new ways across our partners’ platform and marketing channels
- Rev Ops & Analytics: Ensure all marketing efforts are tracked and insights for partnerships are available to promote via content
This role is open in our San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City offices, or remote.

The impact you’ll make:
- Be a driving force of growth for AdRoll through co-marketing with our platform partners and telling the story of partner integrations to our current and prospective customers
- Lead initiatives with key platform partners that drive awareness of AdRoll and qualified leads that result in recurring revenue
- Build deep relationships with our partner’s marketing teams that lead to new opportunities
- Work cross-functionally, clearly communicate and build trust with the AdRoll marketing, product, product marketing, customer success, sales and analytics to own successful execution with rich, engaging content across various channels (email, social media, paid, webinars, events, etc.)
- Deeply integrate AdRoll into our partner’s stack through development and SEO enhancements of listings and uncover opportunities to show up in new ways across partner’s entities (UI, website, marketing channels, events)
Skills you’ll bring:
- Radical ownership; you will be supported in your role, but upon facing obstacles will implement creative solutions and alternatives on your own
- Strong experience working cross-functionally and building influence
- Experience building deep, effective relationships with partners
- Practical understanding of marketing channels including performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, brand, product marketing, community events and more
- Practical understanding of ecommerce and partnership space
