About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Senior Product Marketing Manager with a GM mentality to lead our Channel go-to-market strategy and execution. Success in this strategic role will lead to more partners, referring more business to Rippling. 

As a partner, product, and customer expert, you’ll work tirelessly to commercialize our products and new features through our strategic partners. Working cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Product Management, Channel, Sales, and Support teams, you’ll be in charge of: partner lead generation, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer journey mapping, partner enablement, partner research, translating partner needs to product requirements, and more.

As a founding member of the Product Marketing team you’ll have the opportunity to own and grow a Channel marketing team over time. You'll love this role if you’re passionate about defining, influencing, and driving strategy for new businesses, products, and market segments with and through partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy & execution with and through strategic channel partners (brokers, accountants, and more).

  • Manage the business and drive the growth plan with a focus on how to improve key metrics like top of funnel partner acquisition, partner referral rates, partner satisfaction, and partner revenue.

  • Drive lead generation and funnel conversion for partner acquisition and partner referrals including a comprehensive test and learn plan with content and messages aligned with every stage of the partner referral funnel.

  • Build the Rippling brand for partners through content campaigns, events, and webinars so partners clamor to engage with and refer business to Rippling.

  • Do whatever it takes to make our channel partners successful - from understanding the partner's unique objectives and value proposition to helping them build collateral, videos, whitepapers, case studies, and lifecycle campaigns to prospects.

  • Work strategically with partners to build co-marketing strategies and tactics that monetize new products and features.  

  • Advise Rippling and our partners on how best to win customers through deep partner and customer needs, journey, and pain points understanding.

  • Educate our partner teams on products and create partner tools to help them succeed.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in channel marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing (B2B SaaS marketing with re-seller experience preferred).

  • Hustler - you are a self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Results-oriented - you always find a way to hit goals and produce meaningful results.

  • Storyteller - you have outstanding writing skills and an eye for good design. You can synthesize large amounts of information and simplify messages effectively to activate your target audiences.

  • Data-driven marketer - you combine intuition with data and partner empathy/research to build strategy, measure outcomes, and inform your decision making.

  • Collaborative - you’re a team player who thinks big and is hands-on.

  • Leader - you easily inspire, lead, and align cross-functional teams.

  • Creator - you’ve built meaningful brands through stand out experiences and content for partners  be it videos, blog posts, case studies, events, webinars, or other online and offline mediums.
