Atlassian is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Ecosystem Marketing team. At Atlassian, we are on a mission to unleash the potential of every team. Developer marketing at Atlassian builds developer awareness, brings new capabilities to market and drives platform adoption.

Your role will be to lead our developer go-to-market strategy and grow an engaged user base that loves building on Atlassian products.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with product management to shape product strategy and develop the go-to-market vision for our app development platform, Forge
• Drive and own go-to-market (GTM) end-to-end for all release efforts tied to our roadmap
• Propose, test, and implement improvements to our marketing efforts to increase developer acquisition and engagement
• Own marketing communications, events strategy, and oversee marketing programs to grow our highly passionate developer community
• Drive competitive, market, and customer research
• Communicate the value of the Atlassian app development platform through messaging and positioning
• Gain insight into customer use of the current platform by target personas to identify new opportunities
• Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the benefits of our product

• You have 5+ years of product marketing experience with 1-3 years of experience marketing to a developer audience

Product Marketers at Atlassian have an influential voice in defining product strategy alongside the product management, engineering, and design teams.
