Senior Solutions Marketing Manager

As a Solutions Marketing Manager, you're a storyteller, crafting compelling narratives and messages to help our customers understand how our data platform meets the digital transformation needs for different industry verticals including retail, financial services, healthcare, and more. You need to understand how the industry is changing and how a real-time data platform can help companies succeed, by making a strong case to IT decision makers. Solution marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Redis Labs, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Communications to name a few.
Redis Platform brings modern data structures to Redis that help companies hyper accelerate their data infrastructure. We’re looking for a Solution Marketer to drive the go-to-market strategy, understand customer personas, and drive adoption across different verticals and solution areas.

Responsibilities:
- You have understanding and empathy for different personas -- from developer to architect to CDO -- and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience
- You can partner with other marketing specialist teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns, thought leadership, content marketing, webinars, SEO, and web design to build pipeline
- You will create compelling narratives that enable marketing collateral, thought leadership and sales content
- You can create and publish high-quality content for different industry verticals for all stages of the marketing funnel from awareness to consideration to decision-making
- You can manage highly interdependent, complex products, and keep them on track and on time
- You are passionate about technology and eager to learn new concepts while at the same time be able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical person
- You like using data and anecdata to gain insights, understand the market, and persuade decision-makers
- You are a team player who can collaborate closely with your team and across Redis Labs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industry experience working for technology companies; at least one year of product marketing experience within a technology company that offers a SaaS platform
- Prior experience or background in technology/development highly preferable
- Curiosity about the “how” of technology to tell compelling stories about the “why”
- Proven experience in content creation—including blog posts, decks, videos, customer case studies etc.— for the marketing of products to developers, architects, and business teams
- Prior work experience or proven ability to quickly pick up the market and technology landscape in which Redis Labs competes
- Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create effective presentations; Ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and convincing way
- Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced software start-up environment
