Job Description
We're looking for a versatile and high-energy Senior Strategic Technology Alliances Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, development, and implementation of strategic marketing efforts with our top alliances such as Celonis, and others. You will create marketing strategies that increase revenue and drive market share through the direction, creation, and execution of co-marketing strategies and comprehensive lead generation programs. In partnership with key alliance leaders, global and regional marketing, partner, and product marketing teams, you'll define and implement joint awareness and demand generation programs that drive business value.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and manage the marketing strategy for technology alliances to maximize pipeline generation opportunities
- Drive a regulated markets strategy in alignment with a broader marketing effort
- Work with ServiceNow Alliance directors to understand the demands of the business, gather insight and translate these business needs into the wider marketing plan
- Be a key player in setting the strategy for global alliance marketing and the way we work together to jointly sponsor, activate, and engage to make the most of the demand efforts
- Collaborate across virtual teams to increase and drive ServiceNow's share of mind within our strategic alliances and ServiceNow
- Work collaboratively with global teams and build cross functional relationships
- Ensure ongoing engagement to support pipeline growth and partner satisfaction
- Develop and support metric collection, analysis and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of programs and ROI of channel marketing strategy, initiatives and programs
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Extensive alliance marketing experience, global preferred
- Understanding of channel marketing programs and how to execute them with alliances to build pipeline
- Understanding of "process mining" and "process optimization"
- Understanding of "cloud-base marketing", "intelligent cloud" and "cloud transformation"
- Experienced in creating compelling marketing content and marketing campaigns
- Excellent budget management and project tracking
- Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments with the ability to drive progress and change
- Flexibility and a proven ability to work successfully in cross-functional environments to achieve results
- Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required
- Experience with high-tech companies; software background is a plus
- At least 12 years of marketing experience in a software/technology company

Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
