Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our web marketing activities. As Senior Web Marketing Manager you collaborate with Content & Solutions Marketing, Creative Marketing, Marketing Operations and Business Operations teams to create a high quality, global web experience for desktop and mobile devices that builds awareness, educates our audience, and captures leads. You will use your experience to plan, architect, and implement improvements and optimize website performance.


You have demonstrated the ability and desire to perform at a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves level. And you have deep technical expertise in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and WordPress. You must have strong analytical skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, and a collaborative work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build, lead, and mentor a strong team including local and remote teams. 


The work is challenging, fast-paced, and always changing. 


Responsibilities

  • Plan, architect, and implement website design, updates, enhancements, and optimizations
  • Use Analytics, performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing to monitor and understand site performance against KPI’s and performance targets 
  • Produce data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations to continually grow site traffic, optimize performance, and improve visitor engagement and experience
  • Develop and enhance monthly site performance dashboards
  • Manage department budgeting, forecasting & reporting

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of directly related industry experience, with at least 2+ years in a similar leadership role
  • Thorough knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP and WordPress)
  • Strong sense of web design and attuned to the fundamentals of user experience.
  • Successful track record of improvements to web performance, conversion rates, and SEO optimization
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics software
  • Working knowledge with cloud infrastructure such as AWS
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, fast-changing startup work environment
