Shopper Acquisition Marketing Manager

Our digital marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new Instacart Shoppers. This person will be working directly with senior leadership across different teams and will be making a big impact on overarching company goals.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop and drive the overall Shopper acquisition strategies that meet both short and long term shopper acquisition goals
- Own P&L and making decisions/tradeoffs on acquisition cost and other counter metrics
- Develop and drive strategy, plans and executions of all things related to shopper acquisition
- Innovate and/or expand new initiatives such as in-store Pickup
- Work with internal marketing teams to meet weekly Shopper acquisition targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering and Marketing to forecast Shoppers demand and meet required needs
- Partner with Data Science team to conduct marketing experiments and AB tests on an ongoing basis
- Work with Creative team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats
- Provide data-driven recommendations to scale acquisitions, efficiently
- Track, report and present campaign performance with internal stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years leading acquisition marketing in-house, across major ad platforms
- Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
- Attention to detail
- Expert in scaling acquisition campaigns while maximizing profits
- Thorough understanding of acquisition marketing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in SQL
