The Opportunity
The Partner Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the prioritization, coordination and execution of marketing programs with or relating to our network of partners. The role will work closely with the Global Demand Generation Lead, internal and external stakeholders in Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Analysts, and Consultants in the coordination of campaigns that drive merchant acquisition via partnerships. Project managing is crucial to this role as well as attention to detail in executing campaigns across multiple partners and tracking to joint deadlines. Afterpay’s integrated campaigns leverage content, email, web, webinars, and more to hit quarterly engagement goals.

Execute co-marketing plans and activities (e.g. joint email campaigns, co-branded webinars etc.) with your partners to drive scaled acquisition of new merchants
Evaluate new partner marketing opportunities with the partnerships team and demand lead
Create campaign briefs to support both new partner launches and evergreen initiatives.
Be the point person for all aspects of partner marketing including planning, messaging, collateral, campaigns, training, and enablement
Establish and consistently report out on partner campaign performance

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of marketing or partnerships experience
Get-it-done demeanor, positive energy, team orientation, resourcefulness, and grit.
Flexibility to shift gears and pivot quickly when needed.
Experience or knowledge with e-commerce platforms or payment gateways.
Experience effectively leveraging tools such a Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot or other marketing analytics tools.
