ROLE π©π½βπ»π¨βπ»
- Own content calendar planning and day-to-day social media operations for Superhumanβs social media channels, including creative production
- Develop new ideas for content and support execution of monthly campaigns, product announcements, and other company milestones to grow and engage Superhuman's social audience, and contribute to quarterly objectives
- Partner with Community Marketing Lead to evolve content strategy and lead entry into new channels; advocate and make recommendations around social performance, channel optimization, and messaging
- Lead community engagement efforts across all active channels β including social insights, community management, surprise & delight moments, giveaways, and user-generated content curation
- Live in Superhuman's social channels and develop a keen sense of what makes our social community tick; keep pulse on conversations/trends and identify relevant opportunities for Superhuman to engageΒ
- Deliver regular reporting with actionable insights to improve content performance and future campaigns
- Source, recruit, and oversee partnerships with influential members of our community who are excited to share the Superhuman story and brand
- Work cross-functionally with design, content, and demand partners to create a visually stunning presence across all social platforms
SOUND LIKE YOU? π
- Experience: 2+ years in a social media management role, B2B experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent copywriting skills and knack for brand voice. Big plus if you also have experience producing visual content for social media.
- Expertise: You have hands-on experience managing and growing social media communities on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.Β
- Quantitative skills: Experience measuring the impact of your work, and presenting results to leadership.
- Delight: You have empathy for customers and their journey.
